  1. Deposit INJ to Mint hINJ

To begin, you simply deposit your INJ tokens into the Loop Stake. Once deposited, the feature mints hINJ at a 1:1 ratio from your INJ. Note that the Loop Stake takes INJ as deposits. We do the minting for you.

  2. Using hINJ as Collateral to Borrow INJ Your hINJ is then used as collateral on a lending platform to borrow additional INJ. This process is handled automatically within the Loop Stake.

  3. Reinvests Borrowed INJ The borrowed INJ is reinvested into the staking process, producing additional hINJ and further expanding the user’s yield-generating base. This loop mechanism compounds staking rewards without requiring additional capital input.

  4. Repeats the Process The protocol repeats the borrowing and staking up to a safe number of iterations or until the safeguarded maximum LTV is reached. This loop stake strategy enables significantly enhanced staking yields, while the user retains exposure to both the underlying INJ and its staking rewards.
